What Shipping Methods Do We Use
We will use various shipping carriers and methods to ship our products. For low $$ purchase we will likely just use USPS First Class Mail unless you specify otherwise during your purchase.
For most higher $$$ purchases we will always use a Trackable method and carrier to ship your purchase. This will likely be UPS or USPS, but we may use other carriers such as FedEx from time to time. For breakable items such as display/frames we will likely ship with insurance. For most purchases over $250.00 we will ship with Tracking and Insurance.
Tracking information will be emailed to you subsequent to your purchase so you can follow that journey that package takes to get to your destination.
How do we package our products
Great question. We love this industry and hobby so we will take the utmost care to package your product in a manor that will prohibit harm to your item almost under any conditions. Generally all cards (graded and ungraded) are shipped inside a plastic bag to prevent water damage, and then are insulated with a rigid material like cardboard prior to shipping. For multiple card orders we will do the above and ship inside a rigid cardboard box lined with paper or bubbles to protect your investment.
For supplies orders, we will generally ship in a rigid cardboard box lined with paper or bubbles. Most supply orders over $25.00 will be shipped with Tracking as well.Â
We promise you will spend a good amount of time to get your order out of the package, but we also promise it will be worth it!
